@Shyam34, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that your printer isn't working. Let's try to troubleshoot the issue together. Here are a few steps you can follow:

Check Connections: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to the power source and your computer. If it's connected via USB, try a different port or cable.

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Run Diagnose & Fix: If you have the HP Smart app installed on your computer, you can use the "Diagnose & Fix" feature to automatically troubleshoot common issues. Open the HP Smart app, select your printer, and look for the "Diagnose & Fix" option.

Use Diagnose & Fix in HP Smart to repair common printing issues (Windows, macOS) | HP® Support

Check for Error Messages: Look at the printer's display panel for any specific error messages. If there is an error code, you can search for it on the HP support website for more detailed troubleshooting steps.

Update Drivers: Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website.

Hard Reset: Perform a hard reset by turning off the printer, disconnecting the power cord, and removing any USB cables. Wait for a couple of minutes, then reconnect everything and turn the printer back on

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
