Product: Officejet 4658
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've reinstalled drivers etc.  HP Scan doctor says it has fixed it but its print out was without colour. 

 

Any Ideas please as I've wasted 10 pages trying to sort this out after each so called fix?

Which application do you print from ? Please try from Application,

 

(a)  Click Print,

(b) Click Printer properties,

(c) From Grayscale pull down options, select Off

(d) Now print.

Thanks Banhien,

Adobe CS5 Photoshop, and PDF are main apps I use

 

I ensure colour is selected and grayscale NOT selected.

The printer itself will scan and print colour ok but not from laptop on win 10, and as I say I have reinstalled from scratch the printer and drivers.  This printer is just 3 yrs old and for small amount of personal use. So if you have any other ideas ?
