Recently reconnected my printer. Replaced all four cartridges. And the printer will only print yellow and black ink. Tried alignment and it keeps failing. Please help.

When you print out the Print Quality Report, are all colors present?

Completed all steps except the alignment. The message indicates the alignment keeps failing. Haven't tried to replace the two cartridges not working either.

Your colors are not there.  Have to have all colors on the Print Quality Report be perfect in order to align the printer.

Okay hopefully the YouTube videos can shed some light on the situation. The estimated ink levels my computer is showing indicate that the ink is going somewhere

I followed the instructions to do a hard reconnect. I removed all the cartridgtes, disconnected everything. Waited 2 minutes. pressed the start button for 30 seconds. reconnected the ower cord inserted the cartridges.  A photocopy worked but only in blakc and white.  I printed something in black and white and it worked.  I triedto allgin but only the yellow printed.
