Product: Example: HP Officejet Pro 8600
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My printer was working fine until we changed the black ink cartridge.  Then I noticed the yellow cartridge leaking. I cleaned the area and followed the troubleshooting recommendations, and nothing has worked.
