Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw
Operating System: iOS

I have an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw and an iMac running on MacOS Sonoma 14.3. Printer will be print via airprint from mobile device and will also print pdf documents only from within HP Smart. When I try to print a word or excel or any other type of document directly from the Mac, it converts to the printer as "paused". I have taken off the network, placed back on, removed the printer, added it back on, no further updates are available and just cannot seem to be able to print wirelessly from my mac to the printer.
