When I try to photostat something, the printer prints something about the printer information by itself.

Hello,
Please try the below steps ....
- While the printer is ON, unplug the power cable from the printer. Also unplug USB cable from printer if any.
- Wait for 30 seconds.
- Plug in the power cord to the printer.
- Now make a copy . Click here to access steps to make a Copy.
