HP Photosmart Premium Fax All-in-One Printer - C309a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer recently jammed while attempting to print the back side of a two sided print job.  The jam was cleared, but this general error 0x610000f6 has appeared on the display on subsequent print jobs.  This is an occasional occurrance and not on every job.  I've tried powering off/on multiple times when it happens and even unplugged the box to make sure that it reset completely.  Any suggestions?

Hi @CJM02,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error. Perform the steps mentioned in this document.

Make sure the printhead is properly placed, refer to - Replacing the Printhead for HP Photosmart Premium All-in-One (C309) and HP Photosmart Premium Fax e-...

There is no CMOS battery in the printer. If the issue persists, I'm afraid it is an issue with the printer.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
