HP Deskjet 3630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Deskjet 3630 printer and now it´s print blank pagina´s. I have tried several things.

I have cleaned the inktcartriges (the cartridges are not clogged), i have installed HP print and scanned doctor and everything was ok, full cartriges and they are original.

But it's doesn't work. The printer prints blank pagina's. Does anyone know a possible solution?

I hope the printer is not broken. I have printed a total of about 50 pages with this printer.

Does the printer prints the Quality Diagnostic Report without defects when you clean the cartridges?

  1. Load U.S. Letter or A4 size, unused, plain paper into the input tray.

  2. Press the Power button to turn on the printer, if it is not already on.

  3. Open or search for the HP folder in your list of installed software programs, click the folder for your printer, and then click the name of your printer.

The HP Printer Assistant software opens.

  4. On the HP Printer Assistant window, click Maintain Your Printer.

  5. Click the Device Services tab, and then click Clean Ink Cartridges ().

A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

  6. Examine the Print Quality Diagnostic page.

    • If the print quality is acceptable, click Done. You can stop troubleshooting.

    • If the print quality is unacceptable, click Second-level Clean when prompted to continue the next level of cleaning.

NOTE: If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform both levels of cleaning again.

KrazyToad, thank you for your reply.

I have cleaned the heads of the ink cartridges through the program and carefully with a cotton swab (I get ink through the head, so I think the cartridges are ok).

But the Print Quality Diagnostic page is also blank. Do you have any another idea for this problem?

Thank you Sandytechy for you reply, but what I try, I don't get a webform of Phone numbers of HP Netherlands.

So I can't get contact with HP for this problem. Maybe someone else?
