Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When the printer is tuned on it prints garbage until you hit cancel. It prints the same garbage after you print a document until you hit cancel. There is nothing in the print que. This continues every time you print.

This behviour is almost always caused by either a wrong printer driver being used or a corrupt print job. First thing to do is to shut off the print and then purge the print spooler on your compouter following the instructions from Microsoft: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-clear-printer-queue-in-windows-10/7e5ac...

Once that  is done, turn on the printer and try to print another document. If the problem starts again, repeat the steps above and then delete the print driver and reinstall.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by marking my post as an accepted solution. Clicking "yes" on "was this reply helpful" also increases the chances that this solution will help others.
