Two days ago both my Officejet Pro 8500 and my Officejet 6962 were printing fine. Today they are both printing in the upper left corner of the page, instead of printing an 8.5x11 size. I have not changed any of the settings on either printer. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Printing "what"?
If the issue is printing emails,
If you are using Windows Mail,
The printers are fine.
Use a different mail application to print emails.
What? It's not "just you".
Check at Microsoft Community - We do not have a fix for Windows Mail.
Example
Mail App prints very small in one corner of page
What else?
Not email printing?
Not enough information to even guess, though it does sound like something has changed if the issue is affecting both printers.
