Hello, hopefully I get a solution to my problem as I have done everything I can think of and this is my last resort. I am printing out some bookmarks for a client and the ones that have blue, black, or green come out warped with lines of pink coming through them. Before I printed everything I went and made sure to clean the print head, align the print head, and a clean smear. On top of that, I physically cleaned the printer as well with a warm damp paper towel. Basically, all the little things that need to get done when you haven't used your printer in a while.
The first two images were fine but once I got to the ones with those specific colors problems started. I went ahead and printed the ones that I could and I got a notification of low ink, I thought great that's the issue, but no, once I changed the ink the problem was still there. Mind you when I print test pages everything is fine but if I go and get an image online that is mostly blue the same problem comes. I made sure my printer was up to date, I gave it a hard reset and made sure the drivers for it were updated, but still nothing. I was looking into an issue called double color management issues, but all the examples were for Apple or Epson so that was a dead end.
I created these images in Canva then they went to Procreate to be set up to print, they are also being printed on card stock. I thought maybe the problem was there so I transferred my files to my computer and that isn't working either. I really don't want to change these designs as my client is happy with the ones I made. Going somewhere else to get these printed is an option, as I'm on a dead line, but I need to figure out what in the world is going on and how to fix it!
Thank you in advance to someone who can help me figure this out!
