Product: HP Photosmart 6520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

I know I changed something in the Advanced Document Settings thinking I was changing print to just black, but whatever I did, (I can't remember) now nothing prints.  I have done everything I can think of, even cleaned the print heads, etc.  I know the problem has to be in the settings, and I don't know what I need to do to put the settings back to the way they were.  HELP!!
