Hello,
My printer is printing blue instead of black. When I printed the diagnosis page, the black words are not printed out at all. So I thought the black ink is out but there is no low ink signal appearing on the printer. I opened the utility and still saw the black ink is fading but I am not sure if it means black ink is out.
I attached the picture of inks that show in utility.
Please help,
Thank you.

I would like to help.
Since black is not printing on the diagnostic page, please use the HP Utility Software to clean the printhead
-
Make sure to load plain paper into the input tray.
-
Click the Apple
menu, and then click System Preferences.
-
Depending on your version of OS X, click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.
-
In the Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners window, select your printer, and then click Options & Supplies.
-
Click Utility, and then click Open Printer Utility.
HP Utility opens.
-
Click Clean Printheads
, and then click Clean.
A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.
Figure : Print Quality Diagnostic page
-
Examine the Print Quality Diagnostic page.
-
If the print quality is acceptable, click Finish. You can stop troubleshooting.
-
If the print quality is unacceptable, click Cleaning Level 2 to continue the next level of cleaning.
NOTE: If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform both levels of cleaning again.
-
Also ensure you have the latest Firmware installed. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
