macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have had this printer for 6 years and it has printed all my documents fine; however, I ran into a document that contains characters that do not print correctly.  This is the link to the document page I am having trouble with: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201736

I also tried printing the document after saving it to a PDF file.  The results are the same.  Most of the characters print but some are upsidedown.  I updated the MacOS to 11.2.3, and I installed the latest HP driver.  This did not fix the problem.  I copied the document via a cut/paste into Pages (word processor) and it printed correctly.

I had a friend try this document on his printer and the document printed correctly.

Is this an issue with fonts that are loaded in the Printer?

Thank you for your advice it solved my issue.

Previously I had tried printing using all 3 browsers, and tried to print the document as a PDF within Preview.  Each time the document printed the garbled characters.

Per your instructions I looked for a printer firmware update via the HP.com website for HP LaserJet Pro M201dw, but was unable to find one; however, I followed the instructions to have the printer itself check for an available update over the WiFi connection.  Voila!, it did find one and after installing Firmware Datecode: 20200619 I was able to print the web page, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201736 perfectly.

Thank you
