HP Recommended

All the features on my printer have been turned off or disabled. If I try to print, copy, or scan I get the same message:

”The feature, copy, print,etc,  has been disabled. Contact the system administrator or the person who set up the printer.  

That person is me.  Can anyone tell me how to undo or fix this, turn all my printer features back on? I have tried other suggestions, used the print and scan doctor, but nothing works. I read the fix must be sent to me by support. Please help.
