Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

When I turn on the printer and it says that checking the printer and please wait. But it has never changed the screen and I am not able to use to print, scan. What I have only choice to turn off the printer is plug out. 

 

Please let me know where I can bring the printer to fix it in Ottawa and I need the information by email.
