used to be able to print card stock and envelopes ,now we can't. what might the problem be?

Hi! @Kevin1447, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand that you are unable to print card stock or envelopes on your printer.
Please try few steps recommended below.
Perform a 'hard reset':
1. Press the Power button to turn off the printer.
2. Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
5. Press the Power button to turn on the printer.
Make sure that you have selected the appropriate paper type when working with specialty paper types/envelopes/cardstock.
