Hi,

My printer for some reason is not printing anything on the pages. The inks are full so I do not understand what happened. I've taken them out and put them back in and still nothing. Anyone have any suggestions?

  • Verify Ink Cartridges: While you mentioned that the ink cartridges are full, it's still worth double-checking if they are installed correctly and have their protective tape removed. Sometimes the tape can be overlooked, preventing ink from flowing correctly.
  • Printer Connection: Confirm that your printer is properly connected to your computer or the device you're trying to print from. If it's a wireless printer, check the Wi-Fi connection as well.
  • Printer Queue: There might be a stuck print job or an error in the printer queue that is preventing new print jobs from being processed. Clear the print queue and try printing again.
