Hi,
My printer for some reason is not printing anything on the pages. The inks are full so I do not understand what happened. I've taken them out and put them back in and still nothing. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi @Clandino28,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
There are several potential reasons why your HP Deskjet 3752 printer is not printing anything on the pages, even when the ink cartridges are full. Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to identify and resolve the issue.
- Check Paper Jam: Ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer. Even a small piece of torn paper can cause printing problems. Open the printer's access doors and check all areas for any stuck paper or debris.
- Verify Ink Cartridges: While you mentioned that the ink cartridges are full, it's still worth double-checking if they are installed correctly and have their protective tape removed. Sometimes the tape can be overlooked, preventing ink from flowing correctly.
- Printer Connection: Confirm that your printer is properly connected to your computer or the device you're trying to print from. If it's a wireless printer, check the Wi-Fi connection as well.
- Printer Queue: There might be a stuck print job or an error in the printer queue that is preventing new print jobs from being processed. Clear the print queue and try printing again.
- Restart Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Restart the printer and try printing again.
- Update or Reinstall Drivers: Ensure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Outdated or corrupted drivers can cause printing issues. You can download the latest drivers from the official HP website.
- Printer Alignment: Sometimes, printers need to be aligned to ensure proper printing. Look for a "Print Alignment" or "Calibrate Printer" option in your printer's settings and follow the instructions.
- Print Head Cleaning: If the print heads are clogged, it can result in poor or no printing. Many printers have a built-in function to clean the print heads. Refer to your printer's manual on how to perform this task.
- Test Print: Print a test page directly from the printer's control panel to see if it's able to print independently of the computer. This can help narrow down whether the issue lies with the printer or the computer.
- Check for Error Messages: Look for any error messages or blinking lights on the printer's control panel. These can provide valuable clues about what might be going wrong.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
