Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My printer works well by itself. But when I want to print documents from my computer, it will print this message: Adobe -3.0 %APL_encoding: UTF8  and no more. Only blank pages will follow. I have to stop the printer otherwise it spits blank pages indefinitely...

Is this an issue while printing a PDF document?

Which application are you trying to print from?

 

Meanwhile, ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:

Update software on Mac

Thanks for replying. I have solved the problems. I press on airprint secure on my Mac and everything went fine.
