Product: HP Officejet Pro 8615 e-All-in-One Printer

I've got a HP Officejet Pro 8610 All-in-One Printer. I just started getting an error message that says: "There is a problem with the printer or ink system.  Turn off & on. Contact HP if problem persists."  I've went through all of the trouble-shooting steps, but nothing works!  I can not print anything. Any ideas?
