HP OfficeJet Pro 8715
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Shortly afte purchasing, our printer started what seems to be pulling in paper too far prior to printing, cutting off the top of the page. This problem has worsened over time and now it's nearly impossible to print a full page (it works perhaps 1 out of 10 times), causing enormous frustration and waste of paper and ink. It doesn't seem to matter what type of paper is used; images have been cut

In the beginning, ensure the printer was on normal or best mode and opening the printer drawer in between each page SEEMED to help. Now there seems to be nothing that keeps the printer working reliably.

Please help. This has rendered our printer nearly useless and been a source of great frustration and waste!

It's the same.It was intermittent starting shortly after we got the printer, but I really can't print anything decently now. Sample - HP8715 - Info Page.jpg

You can try to restore the printer to factory settings if that doesn't help and the printer is covered with warranty next step would be contacting HP for warranty repair/replacement.
