Hi
I´ve had this printer for about two years and about month ago it stopped printing. Don´t know what has happened. When I try to print, it doesn´t work and it gives me error- notice. When I use HP Print and Scan Doctor - self diagnosis, it says that problem was printing queue and that it is fixed, but the problem still exists. It doesn´t print test-page or even inner test page. I´ve booted my printer few times and my laptop also. Only source I could print from is the embedded web services where I printed for example printer status page. I´m kind of jammed here, because need the printer but out of options, how to fix this problems.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are unable to print, I am glad to assist you.
This seems to be a driver issue, follow these steps to fix the issue.
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.

- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.

This seems to work. I have a HP Envy x360 laptop and a HP Envy Pro 6455 printer. I would get documents stuck in the queue and also an error message saying something went wrong --- and sometimes it still printed and sometimes it did not. Only when I rebooted the computer and printer the queue would clear up.
I followed the directions, but there were still some confusing steps.
1. There are no "programs and features" in Windows 10. There's "programs" in Control Panel and "Apps and features" in windows
2. I uninstalled all the HP programs in the programs section of the Control Panel
3. I did everything up to the "download and install the printer using the HP Smart App". I went to download the HP Smart App and it would not install because the app was still installed. So I went to Apps and Features and uninstalled all the HP Smart Apps. I restarted the computer and then installed the HP Smart app.
Everything is working now. The only question is will it stay working?
thank you
