HP deskjet 2700

I have installed new (instant ink) cartridges but the printer still reads that they are empty. Have tried the usual take out, clean the cartridge and connectors, re install. Power off by unplugging whilst on etc but the inks are still showing as empty. I know they’re not as they were sent to me via HP instant ink, and I can see the ink when cleaned

I understand the printer is not recognizing the replacement ink cartridges. 

 

Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error

 

If the error persists, to assist you better, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

Thank you for the information. Not to worry, I will ship a set of replacement ink cartridges with express shipping. It will be delivered in 3-4 business days. You can track the shipment from your Instant Ink account.
