Hello.
I am asking for a piece of advice for my inkjet printer. I found a pencil in the paper tray and then it causes a problem of feeding papers. The roller in the paper tray looks unbalanced a bit so that it does not work properly.
I was wondering how or where or how much it costs to be repaired. I would be thankful if you could advise me of that.
Many thanks

The shaft for paper with 2 grey rubber rollers for feeding paper is normal to be slightly unbalanced on this model of the printer.
Try cleaning 2 grey rubber rollers with a lint-free cloth and warm water, they get dirty from usage and paper slips when cleaned it should work fine again. Also, you need to examine does the roller rotates to feed paper, if they don't rotate cleaning will not help, it's something mechanical inside the printer.
