HP Deskjet 3835 All-in-one ink advantage printer
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have been using my Hp Deskjet 3835 All-in-one ink advantage printer since four months.

And I have observed that the black ink cartridge which I use more than the colour one, has finished very quickly.I have just printed around 100-150 pages with the black cartridge. But on the top of the printer box, it was clearly written that the black cartridge can print 480 pages, but the number of pages it has printed(100-150) is very low than the mentioned number of pages. And I would also like to mention that I have used most of the black ink in copying (xerox). So, I request you to please look into this matter.

Thank You

The cartridges that come with your printer are setup cartridges that are intended to do the setup/initialization of the printer and contain less ink than regular ink cartridges.

  • Run a Diagnostic tool to check the exact page count
