I had to reset to factory setting due to error messages that wouldn’t clear. That worked but now I’m getting this error message: ‘The HP smart app gave me this error: Your printer is no longer enrolled in HP Instant Ink. It will no longer be able to use HP Instant Ink cartridges. If you believe your printer should still be enrolled, please contact HP Instant Ink support.’ I am still enrolled in HP smart ink, but smart ink won’t connect to my printer.
also this lovely web page won’t let me select the OS or my printer.
OS is IOS 18.4.1
Printer: HP Envy 6455

@H304343haha, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
HP Instant Ink Enrollment Issue:
The message about your printer no longer being enrolled in HP Instant Ink might be a result of the factory reset. Sometimes after a reset, devices can lose connection to services like HP Instant Ink, especially if there's a login or enrollment mismatch.
What you can do:
Try to re-enroll your printer in the HP Instant Ink program. You can do this from the HP Instant Ink website or through the HP Smart App on your phone.

I hope this helps.

- thanks for your reply @garp_senchau. HP instant ink stills shows I’m enrolled so to guess that means I have to cancel my current plan and re-enroll? Thee is no way to link the current plan? I’m trying to avoid cancelling and reenroll because a. I was just booked for it and b. I have rollover pages I haven’t used that I’m sure I will lose.
