Product: HP Office Jet 3833
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Printer is saying to fix paper jam but no jam exists. I’ve tried shutting the printer down as well as unplugging it but whenever it powers up, the error message is still there. This error is preventing me from printing.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
