I have 4x6 HP photo paper. I am printing from Photos. I believe I downloaded all the drivers. I opened the printer preferences and added 4x6 but they all have a 'lock' at the side of the various sizes. It refuses to print the pics. OTherwise I have no issue with the printer. I use a wireless connection

I jsut figured this out. I changed the direction of the paper in the bin. I thought it had to be in landscape mode but when I changed it to be like a portrail mode it printed flawlessly. I should have tried this but glad  i eventually figured it out. This printer is a marvel

Hi,

Be sure to reload the paper into te printer and evaluate the shown prompt.

Ensure the printer is set to the correct paper ize and type as you load and check if that may make any difference.

I am not sure what you are telling me to do. The paper is loaded, gloss side down and the holders are in place. So what are you telling me to do differently?
