I already have paper loaded but it won't accept it. I can't print photos because it keeps telling me to load paper. I have already gone through all troubleshooting options.

Can you clarify a little please. Are you getting this error after you send the print job or after you have loaded the paper. If you do not set the page size and type on the printer itself then you will get prompted to load paper, as the printer will want to match the settings from the program you are printing from.

Same issue on two HP printers in our office.  Something clearly happened. Log4j?  HP?

HP Envy 7640 Trying to print regular pages, tray is loaded, but keep getting message that photo tray is empty. I am not trying to use the photo tray. I have standard letter paper in the regular tray. This keeps happening. Sometimes turning the printer off and on again helps, sometimes not. Very frustrating. Ready to toss it out the window! Thoughts?
