Everything worked normally until yesterday in the morning. Although you now can hear it trying to print line by line (as opposed to pushing the paper through with no hesitation) ... there is no print on the paper. I have tried copying a printed page as well as using the alignment feature .. but no luck.

@Lin01201, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Have you tried making a photocopy in Black and color?
If the printer is not able to make a Photocopy, this could be a hardware issue related to the printhead or the ink cartridges.
Power reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Check estimated ink levels
-
On the printer control panel, press the Home button
to open the Home screen.
- Press the Down Arrow
to select Ink Levels, and then press OK. The control panel displays the estimated ink levels.
-
Replace any low or empty ink cartridges
Use an automated tool to clean the printhead
-
Load letter or A4, unused, plain white paper into the paper tray.
-
On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow
to select Tools, and then press OK.
-
Press the Down Arrow
to select Clean Printhead, and then press OK. The printer cleans the printhead, and then prints a printhead test page.
Also, try making a photocopy or print in Single cartridge mode.
Remove One ink cartridge from the printer and try to print with the ink cartridge present in the printer. Either Black or color, to determine the defective ink cartridge.
Let me know how this goes.
