Product: HP M183FW

Morning everyone,

 

I was wondering if anyone had any information regarding printer servicing (onsite visits) and if they had ever received a quote from HP for out-of-warranty printers?

 

I've tried every support line and menu option I can find with no luck. The reps are more than helpful and polite but none of them seem to know for sure what can be offered and who the best person to speak to is.

 

If it helps at all, I'm based in the United Kingdom. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On a consumer level product it is unlikely you will fins someone to affordably fix On-site.

You will probably have to get that printer to the service centre, hardy you will find someone for an onsite repair.

Only 2 within a 100km of the business postcode and one doesn't answer the phone. I may have to look at independent businesses more local who deal in printer repair.
