Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have an error message keep appearing (see pic) when I try to access the "set preferences". Anyone know how to fix this ?HP printer.PNG

OK decided to uninstall/reinstall the software and it seem s to have fixed above problem but shown another.

Checking settings led me to print a test page and it printed ok but only in black and white - ink levels all show almost full but no colour is coming through.
