Hi @BBCON,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
The error code "EBS00P0010" during the setup of your HP DeskJet 2755e All-In-One Printer typically indicates an issue with the printer's initial setup process. Here are several steps you can take to resolve this issue:
1. Restart the Printer and Your Devices
- Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord.
- Restart your computer or mobile device.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
2. Check for Firmware Updates
- Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates via the HP Smart app or the HP website.
3.Reset the Printer
- With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and the printer.
- Turn the printer back on.
4. Reinstall the HP Smart App
- Uninstall the HP Smart app from your computer or mobile device.
- Download and reinstall the latest version of the HP Smart app from the HP website or your device's app store.
5.Check Network Connection
- Ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device.
- If using a wired connection, ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected.
6. Use a Different Device for Setup
- Try using a different computer or mobile device to complete the setup process.
7.Clear Print Queue
- Make sure there are no pending print jobs that could be causing the setup process to stall.
- Clear the print queue on your computer or mobile device.
8. Factory Reset the Printer
- Perform a factory reset to return the printer to its original settings:
- Turn off the printer.
- Press and hold the Cancel button and the Wireless button.
- While holding the buttons, press the Power button.
- Release the Cancel and Wireless buttons after 5 seconds.
If the error persists after trying all the above steps, there might be a more complex issue with the printer. Contact HP Phone Support for further assistance.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
