Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fdw

The HP printer in last year or so suddenly stopped sending almost all faxes.  during the fax it appears all is going well.  Then right before it finishes the printer says "shutting down" and it does and restarts and nothing happened.  The results on activity log says Power Fail.  I have tried all the steps to fix per recommendations.  Receive works fine.  Only on sending.  Please help.  This is for my small Assisted Living business and don't want to buy a new printer/fax if it is just something that can be fixed.  Thanks!!! -Cindy

Are you plugged directly into the wall for power? Is your firmware up to date?
