For some unknown reason my printer does not print letters b,p,j,l,g,y I tried printing word and pdf documents and does not work. When I print the documents in the Epson printer I have it works pretty fine. What could be the problem?

Hi @MaxKreimerman, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer may have an issue with its printhead or ink cartridges. Since it's specifically missing certain letters, the problem is likely related to partial nozzle blockage or font rendering issues. Here are some steps to diagnose and fix the issue:
Check Ink Levels
- Open HP Smart or the printer's control panel to check ink levels.
- If ink is low or depleted, replace the affected cartridge.
Print a Nozzle Test Page
- On your printer, go to Setup > Tools > Print Quality Report.
- Check if the missing letters also appear faded or incomplete on the report.
Clean the Printhead
- Open HP Smart > Printer Settings > Print Quality Tools > Clean Printhead.
- Perform multiple cleanings (up to 3 times) if necessary.
Try Different Fonts
- If the issue persists only in specific documents, try changing the font.
- Print in Arial, Times New Roman, or Calibri to see if it affects all fonts.
Update Printer Firmware
- Go to HP Support and check if there's a firmware update available.
- Install the latest firmware and restart the printer.
Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Uninstall the printer from Devices and Printers in Windows.
- Reinstall the latest drivers from HP's website.
Manually Align the Printhead
- On the printer’s display, go to Setup > Tools > Align Printhead.
- Print an alignment page and follow on-screen instructions.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
