Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Normally when I install a new ink cartridge, a page prints out to check printer heads.  It did not do it this time.  I have turned off everything, restarted several times, taken out cartridge, put back in, etc.  The printer is registering a full black cartridge but still getting printer error.  Is my only solution to purchase a new ink cartridge?

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Purchasing a new cartridge solved the problem.  Obviously that HP cartridge I was using was defective.  Thanks
