I'd like to assist you with this case HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer and it does not pick the paper. The paper rollers keep rolling. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.
To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did any hardware changes take place on the printer (like a paper jam, etc.)?
- Is the printer able to make a photocopy successfully?
