Product: Officejet Pro 8600 Plus

My printer will not print. All of the jobs are stuck in the queue and nothing is happening.

 

I have tried unplugging and plugging back in. The network is connected and correct and nothing.

 

I cannot find a contact number to call anyone and the 'Virtual Agent' does not recognize my serial number.
