Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

Hello. Yesterday I tried, first from an Ubuntu laptop, printing some documents, adding a few to the queue, but after printing the first 3 pages, it got stuck on "Printing Document". I've tried everything, from turning the printer off and on in multiple ways, to changing the firmware version, and still nothing. I can't even make copies because it gets stuck with the same message. I also deleted every possible thing on the queues and still nothing.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that your printer display is stuck, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform an NVRAM reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
