Hi @Josie0320,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP Envy Photo 7155 is stuck on the loading screen and won’t turn off. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue.

Hard Reset:

  • Turn Off: If the printer is stuck on the loading screen, press and hold the power button for about 15-20 seconds. This might force a shutdown.
  • Unplug: After the printer turns off, unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait: Leave it unplugged for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug In and Power On: Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the paper tray and any accessible covers to ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions.

Check Ink Cartridges:

  • Open the ink cartridge access door and make sure all cartridges are seated properly and there’s no issue with the cartridge slots.

Update or Reinstall Firmware:

  • If the printer boots up after the hard reset, check if there’s a firmware update available through the HP Smart app or HP's website. An update may resolve any firmware-related issues.

Factory Reset:

  • If the above steps don’t work and you can access the printer's settings menu, perform a factory reset. This option is usually available in the Settings menu of the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
