Last week I could print double sided automatically from my laptops but now I can't. I can only manually print double sided and cannot open the function to change it in the printer settings. It just says "no" in settings next to double sided. But I can print double sided when using my iphone.

Hi Y4L
A) Printer settings Duplexer:
Search Windows for 'devices', and then click the Devices and Printers control panel setting in the results.
Right-click the icon for your printer model, and then
click Device Settings tab
Installable Options > Duplexer: installed
If not, change to installed.
B) Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory:
Enter the Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.
Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.
If the Options > Duplexer or Duplex Accessory is not displayed, then download only HP Full Feature Software
- Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list.
- Restart the PC
- Close all programs
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads double-click on the EXE
- The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
- Restart the PC again
- Now the installation is complete.
Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.
Kind Regards
