I bought this printer 1 year and 3 days ago. I need support because I don't have power to the printer (with electic cable connected). In the hp website support there isn't any phone number to call, my warranty is expired but here in Italy the warranty is 2 years, not 1. Could someone help me?

What is the exact model of the printer you are using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

 

Do you see any lights on the printer or the power button?

Have you tried using an alternate power cable?

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printer Does Not Turn On

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
