Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

HP Envy Pro 6452 will print one sided projects fine, however, when I attempt to print something double sided, it throws throws the E4 error.  It seems to be an issue when the printer retracts the paper back into the printer to print the second page.  Any fixes?  I have done a reset (unplugged for 60 seconds and then reset) and also done several realignments with no success.

Let's try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
