Hello,
I am trying to connect my Officejet 4655 to my wifi hotspot. I have a Netgear nighthawk MR1100 that I use with Netbuddy(AT&T). When I try using the wireless setup button, the printer will not show my hotspot but my laptop can connect to it just fine. I try to enter the information manually and the printer still can't find it. I need some help trying to figure out why this won't work as the rest of my other devices don't seem to have any issue connecting to this hotspot.

Sounds like your access point use 5.0GHz. Please allow it to broadcast dual bands (2.4GHz and 5.0GHz) because your printer can't "see" 5.0GHz networks
Regards.
