Hi @mwalls52,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP printer is not printing and keeps canceling print jobs, there could be a few possible causes. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check printer connection: Make sure your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wireless printer, check that it's connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
  • Restart printer and computer: Sometimes restarting your printer and computer can help resolve the issue. Turn off both devices, wait a few seconds, and then turn them back on.
  • Clear print queue: There may be a problem with a print job stuck in the queue, preventing new print jobs from being sent to the printer. Clear the print queue by opening the "Devices and Printers" window, right-clicking on your printer, and selecting "See what's printing". Then click on "Cancel all documents" to clear the print queue.
  • Check ink or toner levels: If your printer is running low on ink or toner, it may not be able to print. Check the ink or toner levels and replace them if necessary.
  • Update printer drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed. Go to the HP website and download and install the latest drivers for your printer model.
  • Run troubleshooter: Windows has a built-in printer troubleshooter that can help diagnose and fix printing problems. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot" > "Printer" and run the troubleshooter.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
