My printer will not print after I cancelled my Instant Ink account. I received no cartridges during my time with Instant Ink. The cartridges I am using are HP cartridges that I purchased myself. The error messages says I can't use the cartridges until I enroll in instant ink

I'd like to help!
Here's what you need to know & do:
If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.
That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536
when done successfully, check if it works fine.
