Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

I use my printer to print small cards. I am using Pages on my iPad to generate the cards. The cards  are 9.8mm high and by carefully adjusting the top margin in Pages I have been able to print 3 of these on an A4 sheet. Recently my printer has stopped printing to the bottom of the page cutting off the bottom of the third card. Initially I thought that this might be a problem with pages but even when I disable all headers and footers the problem persists.
