I have a G510n HP printer. I purchased black high yield printer cartridge through HP website on Black Friday, at beginning everything seemed working fine. But as I am trying to print yesterday, I kept getting the message says the black high yield print cartridge is not compatible. Also, I follow the community posting and did the hard reboot few times, but still getting the error messages.
Please help.
Thanks.

@ShirleyB88
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- Step 1: Verify the cartridge numbers
- Step 2: Reset the printer
- Step 3: Identify your cartridges
- Click here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-4500-all-in-one-printer-series-g510/3919445/model/... to complete the troubleshooting steps.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
