Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I installed a new hp instant ink cartridge. A message came on the printer thanking me for installing the cartridge. At the bottom of the message was an "OK" button. I pushed the button with no result. Now the "thank you" message won't go away and I can't copy anything on my printer. I tried turning it off, disconnecting the power, and shutting the computer off. No change. I printer is set up wireless.

@calbear72, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand the printer screen is stuck at this error.

Reinsert the ink cartridges to check if that helps.

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Go to the HP Smart app and click OK. Check if you are still able to print from the computer.

Restart web services

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

If the error persists, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here or go to HP Instant Ink support

Keep me posted for any other assistance.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
