I am trying to print a page in color from my HP Pavilion x360 that has Windows 10. It is everything that I try to print from Photoshop Elements to documents downloaded from the internet. When I bought the new computer a few months ago, it didn't want to print in color. Every time I want to print in color, I have to uninstall and reinstall the printer. It will work for a few times, but then it goes back to printing in black and white. Today was a little more odd. I wanted to print a document in landscape mode, but it automatically printed in portrait mode. That one printed in color. When I went in to switch it back to Landscape mode, it printed in black and white again. This printer still does great. I don't want to get rid of it because it prints over the wifi and it prints good documents, but I have this issue of it not wanting to print in color. I have gone through the HP Smart app to troubleshoot, and I have done everything it asks me to do. It all comes back to having to uninstall and reinstall the printer, but that actually didn't work today. Can anybody help?

- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
- Try making a standalone copy in color and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Install the printer using the TCP/IP port:
- On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Add a printer(at the top)
- Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
- Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless/ethernet icon on the printer screen
- Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
- Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing in color.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
